I had an overall decent stay at the Sun Flower Luxury Hotel. The location was spot on, being a block from the major market and only a short walk to many attractions in Ho Chi Minh City. However, the room was smaller than I expected, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Still, the staff were friendly and catered to my needs with smiles.
Rooms
5.0
The room was quite small and there was a noticeable smoke smell upon arrival. The bathroom had some nice features, like hooks, but seemed somewhat cramped.
Service
6.0
The reception staff were adequate and friendly. They handled my issues swiftly, such as emptying the bathroom bin when I mentioned it.
Location

Located in Japan-town, the hotel is super close to Ben Thanh Market. I loved that I could walk to many interesting places without breaking a sweat.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast didn't impress me much. It was simple with limited options along with mediocre quality, making it easy to skip.
Facilities

Typical features like room service and a bell staff are available. While nothing special, they came in handy during my stay.

My stay at Sun Flower Luxury Hotel was quite pleasant overall. The hotel's location near Ben Thanh Market was perfect for exploring the vibrant city. While the room was comfortable and modern, I did encounter a few quirks with the service and dining options.
Rooms
8.0
I booked the Premium Deluxe room, which thankfully had a window with a view of the street. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, although the first room I saw had a strong cigarette smell. Overall, the bathroom was lovely with a large stand-up shower.
Service
6.0
The bellboy was excellent, assisting with luggage and offering help with directions and SIM cards. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were not as welcoming, making the check-in process a bit slow.

I loved the location! It was just a short walk to Ben Thanh Market and many interesting places, making it easy to explore without much effort. The area had a nice international vibe.
Dining

Breakfast was buffet style, but frankly, the dining quality wasn't great. It was still adequate, but I hope they can improve this aspect.

The hotel amenities were decent, with room service and helpful staff. However, I suggest adding an English news channel for guests who want to keep up with current events.

My stay at the Sun Flower Luxury Hotel was decent overall, but there were a few hiccups that detracted from the experience. The location is fantastic, right in Japan-town, making it easy to explore. However, the noise level in my room was quite disruptive, and the air conditioning left much to be desired.
Rooms
6.0
I stayed in a standard room that unfortunately had no window, and I noticed it was still noisy in the mornings. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a huge bed, but the bathroom was a bit cramped. The strong smell in the beginning faded after airing out the room, but the air conditioning didn't work properly, which was a letdown.
Service
5.0
The staff were friendly and accommodating, though the front desk service wasn't very welcoming or efficient. The bell boy really stood out, assisting with luggage, room service, and even guiding me to get a SIM card. However, I felt a bit uncomfortable when one staff member tried to persuade me to give him a tip for my taxi ride.

The hotel's location couldn't be better; it’s a short walk to Ben Thanh Market and surrounded by interesting areas to explore. I enjoyed being close to local attractions and the vibrant atmosphere of the night market, but it was surprising to find myself in a Japan-centric area, which wasn't what I initially expected.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was served buffet style, but I found the quality to be below average, especially considering the price I paid for my stay. I think there’s room for improvement here.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel's facilities included basic services like room service and dry cleaning, which were adequate. However, I was disappointed to find hidden charges for bottled water in the refrigerator that hadn’t been clearly communicated.

My stay at Sun Flower Luxury Hotel had its ups and downs. I ended up paying extra for a room with an actual window, which made a big difference in my experience. However, some amenities were lacking, such as toiletries and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff was helpful and accommodating, but the breakfast left much to be desired.
Rooms
5.0
I initially booked a Deluxe room thinking it had a real window, but it turned out to be just a panel to a vent. After paying extra for a Premium Deluxe Room, I was happier as it had a street view. However, the first room they showed me had a terrible smoke smell, and I had to request a different one. Overall, the rooms are acceptable but could use some updates.
Service
6.0
The staff were generally helpful, and I appreciated that the receptionist spoke English well, which helped everything run smoothly. However, the front desk manager was a bit rude when I asked for a receipt after paying cash.
Location

The hotel is located in an interesting area known for its Japanese culture. Although it's not in the heart of District 1, I enjoyed exploring the surroundings and found some fun restaurants nearby. It’s convenient for walking to various spots without much hassle.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was definitely a low point for me—it was limited and below average in quality. Only a few items were offered, and the choices didn’t excite my palate. I ended up eating out more than I intended.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel offered standard facilities like room service and tours/ticket assistance, but nothing stood out as particularly luxurious. The overall feel was somewhat dated, which was disappointing. I expected more considering the ‘luxury’ label.

I checked into the Sun Flower Luxury Hotel, which is conveniently located near the airport. though the decor was a bit eccentric. The room was modern and very clean, but it felt small and the bathroom layout was awkward. Overall, it’s a decent option for business travelers looking for a centralized location, but it's not without its quirks.
